My mom often reminds me how finding matching formal outfits was a feat “back in the day.” With weeks of preparation, she was able to find the perfect mother-daughter outfit. My mom was quite proud that she was able to find black infant stockings bedazzled with Swarovski crystals. Our matching metallic silver and black get-ups were a hit at the event.
