As a Trini girl, it’s obvious that I am quite partial to Caribbean food. To my surprise after a long day of shopping I stumbled upon the Jerk Shack Grill. Oxtail and rice and beans at the MALL?! Somebody pinch me!

Let’s talk about that oxtail. When I say it fell off the bone…it FELL OFF THE BONE! It was finger-licking goood!
