99% of the menu can be prepared gluten-free. Friedman’s waffles as well as other items on their menu are made with potato flour.

Let’s talk about Friedman’s Fried Chicken and Cheddar Waffles! The size-able waffles are perfectly paired with gorgeously dense chicken. The warm and chewy golden dough is not strongly overpowered by cheddar. The waffle has the right combination of sweetness and savory goodness! 👍

Friedman’s did NOT disappoint with the chicken! You will find no wimpy chicken here! The chicken is dense, juicy, and well seasoned. You GET chicken! It’s not all skin and bones. We want meat and you give us MEAT! We are here for it! 🍗

There is nothing better than eating clean!

The broccoli was yum yum goood! Not over cooked and seasoned lightly, just how I wanted it. Garlic and light pepper flakes. The simple dressed down lil guy provided all the greens I needed to make me feel less guilty about scarfing down all those waffles! #noshameinmygame #doldines
